Fred Crandall, Ph.D.
Managing Director
An internationally recognized expert in human resources matters, Fred has spoken at national and global forums and co-authored three books, including The Headcount Solution and Work and Rewards in the Virtual Workplace (the 1999 SHRM Book of the Year). Fred has previously served as Consulting Director for Willis Towers Watson, Founding Partner of The Center for Workforce Effectiveness, National Practice Director at Sibson & Co., National Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and a faculty member of the Cox School of Business at SMU. He holds a Ph.D. in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota and is a past president of the SHRM Foundation.
Suzanne Silberman
Senior Consultant
Suzanne's fifteen years of experience encompasses a broad array of human resources functions including recruitment, benefits, regulatory compliance, training, employee relations, and compensation. She has held HR positions with large corporate, financial, and educational organizations, as well as entrepreneurial companies and not-for-profit institutions. Most recently, Suzanne was the Manager of Recruitment and Benefits for a university in the Chicago area. She holds an M.S. in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. with Honors in Sociology from Union College.
